Refund policy
At Blow by Blow, we take pride in providing quality haircare products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all haircare product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has left the salon.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on haircare products that have been purchased and taken out of the salon. Once a product leaves our premises, we cannot verify how it has been stored, handled or used, and therefore it cannot be resold or reused.
