Leiane Evans
Based in Kingston, Leiane Evans is a colour and cutting specialist known for balayage, highlights and effortless lived-in colour. After beginning her career in Tampa and earning her cosmetology license in 2007, she trained at The Salon Professional Academy and continues to refine her craft through advanced colour and cutting education across the United States.
Leiane moved to Jamaica in 2014 and became the owner of Blow by Blow in 2019. Today she leads Blow by Blow as a luxury full-service salon and beauty boutique, created to deliver world-class service, expert artistry and an elevated experience tailored to every guest.
